Customer Service Administrator
Emersons Green, Bristol | Full-time, in-person
£28,000–£32,000 per year
We're looking for someone who's comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, handling customer accounts, credit control, order processing, and day-to-day admin, often at pace and with a lot on the go.
You'll need to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and take initiative.
What you'll be doing:
- First point of contact for client queries by phone and email
- Processing customer orders and supporting onboarding
- Credit control and debt collection administration is a plus
- Keeping customer accounts and records accurate and up to date
What we're looking for:
- Customer service and administration experience
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and use initiative
